Oh man, the grilled fish at the hotel was out of this world! Chef Maurice really knows his stuff. Plus, the rooftop pool scene is a whole vibe—perfect for chilling after a day of exploring Nairobi. The staff are super friendly, which makes the experience way better.
Initially, I got a musty room that was a solid no-go. But the receptionist switched me to a bigger one right away, so all good in the end. Also, the breakfast could definitely use a facelift—disappointing, to say the least.

The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views of the city and provides a chill vibe, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal. The swimming pool area is visually appealing, creating a serene atmosphere despite being a little chilly.
Parking at the front entrance is awkward. I had to maneuver and reverse to offload my bags while security watched. My room had a double bed instead of the requested two singles, and the air conditioning barely worked at night, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom amenities were lacking—missing essentials like shampoo and toilet paper—and mold was noticeable in the shower area. To top it off, I dealt with questionable wifi connectivity and a check-in process that took too long. Overall, the experience felt a bit disjointed, leading me to question the overall value.

good location but average stay
The staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at ease during my visit. I appreciated the easy access to services like Uber and nearby attractions, such as the National Museum just a 15-minute walk away. The room offered a decent commercial view of the city that added some charm to my stay.
However, the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming for the price.
